The first person revealed in the Bible and is the Spirit of the Living God, a part of the GODHEAD Gen1v2, John 4:24a. Note I wrote Person. That because He is a person. Gen 6:3, John 14:16. He has feelings, he speaks, and he can be grieved. Eph 4:30.

He was sent to us to continue the work after Christ left (died, resurrected and was taken up) as another comforter. John 14: 15-17.

Apart from the theology behind this topic, I have to mention that we cannot understand a person we do not know or have had some kind of experience with. All the teachings cannot be as impactful as a one on one experience with The Holy Spirit, A close relationship with Him.

I would like you to think about this…How do we humans start relationships?

We start by first of all a meeting…you can’t be friends with someone you never even knew existed. It could be in person, social media etc. You can’t experience the Holy Spirit if you are not born again (received and believe in Jesus) The Spirit comes into us when we receive Jesus as Lord and Savior.

After a meeting you consciously or unconsciously decide to continue and create a relationship, we then begin constant communication. The friendship and relationship only grows based on the effort we put it in time we spend together and acts of love shown and received.

A lot of new converts or even old time believers never continued a relationship after the time we got born again. A lot didn’t know what next to do, no thirst for a deeper relationship, little study of the word, little prayer, ‘little’ worship and majorly we didn’t change our ways. The spirit of God became inactive in us, His power Quenched and voice silenced in our hearts due to this. There was no thirst to walk with God more or hear from Him or know Him more. We must understand that we are powerless with The Spirit of God.

THE POWER OF THE HOLYSPIRIT ACTS 1:8

The great power of the Holy Spirit is freely given to us to proclaim His name and gain understanding of the gospel 1 Thess 1v5. He allows us manifest in a different dimension. Judges3:10. I make bold to tell you we cannot successfully run our Christian race/journey without the power of the Spirit. Gen 5:18, Rom 8:9, Rom 8:14
